It turned out that the problem did not originate from Cyberlink software, it was a Microsoft problem/corrupt file problem so the only way to fix this particular problem it was to re-load Win10.

I've also tried several of the older drivers that used to work. Idid try the 388.13 driver but was instructed by Cyberlink to install 388.31 driver. I did not checxk to see if it worked properly. I have a nVidia GTX 760 with 388.13 driver - Oct 30, 2017. It seemed a little slow opening it the first time though. Funny enough, I also have ColorDirector as part of the Director Suite which wouldn't load either, that is until I re-loaded my Nvidia driver. One of the usual causes for PhotoDirector to stop loading/working, is a corrupted graphics driver, but even after a clean install of the latest Nvidia driver, PD will still not even load. I'm running Win10 and since the FALL update all sorts of things have not work properly! Is anyone else having the same problem as myself?
