LastPass likely will get its extension signed soon - or the update might already be available, please check for that - there is a link in the next reply - but in the meantime you can make a global exception to the signing requirement there's currently no way to only make an exception for specific extensions. The disabled ones are at the bottom of the list on the right side. "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons.This may help others if they have the same issue with Lastpass and Kaspersky.If you check your LastPass extension on the Add-ons page, does it say it was disabled because it cannot be verified? I have attached an example of that kind of message (first screen shot). The other PC uses Kaspersky Security Cloud Free and there is no problem there so I'm assuming there was/is an issue with Kasperky Free AV using the certificate store. Opening Kaspersky I then went to Security Settings/Network Settings and turned off the Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird certificate store which was set to use the Windows certificate store (recommended) and the Account Options now works. So this was solved but I couldn't then open the Account Options. I restarted the PC along with Kaspersky and I could login and open the vault. I exited Kaspersky then uninstalled the reinstalled Firefox the tried an the Lastpass logged in and opened. I don't know what caused it but assume it was an overnite Kaspersky database update.
The fault lies not with Firefox but with Kaspersky Free AV. I Haven't had any replies as yet but have found the problem after comparing the setup on another PC.
